I am Kara Tolman and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the Wilmington, North Carolina area.

I work with adults who are searching to be more authentic and intentional in their daily lives. The majority of my practice focuses on our bodies somatic response to trauma while facilitating clients through some of life's toughest transitions. I teach skills in session to help with dysregulation and inform clients on how our body keeps the score.
